Our Returns Policy

Welcome to Meta4’s Policy for Cancellation, Return, and Refund of Orders (the “Policy”). Meta4 (collectively, “Meta4”, “us”, “our” or “we”) are very delighted that you have shown interest in us.

Cancellation of Orders

You can cancel orders for Products in full (not partially) until the time the cancel button is enabled against the order on www.createyourmeta-iv.com  (our “Website/Platform”) or within 24 hours from order placement via email:sales@createyourmeta-iv.com.

For orders canceled within 24 hours, we will reimburse you no later than thirty (30) days from the receipt of the email for cancellation.

Return of Products

Merchandise can only be returned for refunds if it is unused, in its original packaging, and with the receipt of proof of purchase intact.

Returns can be initiated within seven (7) days of delivery. The refund will be processed according to the original mode of payment as per details given during order placement.

You may initiate the request for return of the Product if:

• Product is damaged;
• Both the Product and shipping package have been damaged;
• Product is defective or is not in working condition;
• Parts of the Product or accessory is missing; or
• The Product ordered is different from what was described (“Non-Compliant Product”).

For any such issue, you need to intimate our team within 48 hours of delivery of your order via email:sales@createyourmeta-iv.com.

Please note that Products on sale or products personalized to your specifications are non-returnable (“Non-returnable Products”). Non-returnable Products cannot be returned under any circumstance.

You shall keep the products in their unused, original condition, along with the original invoice/ sale receipt, brand outer box, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up. Our Logistics Partner will usually pick up the Product from you within five (5) days of initiating the return.

Verification Process

If you have received any Product which is subject to return as per the terms mentioned herein, we suggest you immediately register via our email at:sales@createyourmeta-iv.com. We will verify if:

• The defects and damages in the products or the non-compliances claimed in such Products are acceptable; or
• Such defects, damages or non-compliances are due to our default.

For such verification, we may request you to send us images of the damaged, defective, or Non-Compliant Product received for assessment. Your return will be processed only when the conditions stipulated by us are fulfilled at the time of return.

Return Conditions

You agree that we will not accept the return of any Product:

• If the product belongs to Non-returnable Products category;
• If you fail to request a return within the Return Period.

Any damage to the product caused by your improper safekeeping, or any modification or change to the Product will not deem such Product a Non-Compliant Product.

Refund Process

At the time of raising a request for return or cancellation, you may seek a refund for the Non-Compliant Product. The refund will be made only if the payment has been received by us for the Product.

Please be informed that when you opt to cancel or return the Products, the refund amount will be processed within a period of 7 business days from the date of us verifying the defect or the non-compliance in the Product.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or wallet chosen by you. In case of cash on delivery transactions, the amount will be refunded to the designated bank account you provide.
